We use primarily natural crystals and gemstones, ethically sourced from trusted suppliers. Any lab-created stones (if used) will be clearly labeled in the product description.

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Shipping within US typically takes 3–7 business days.

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Many believe that crystals can support emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. While we honor these traditions, our jewelry is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, all of our jewelry comes in gift-ready packaging. If it’s a special gift, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a message for the recipient.
